The Hon’ble Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Ms. Mayawati ji met the Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh in New Delhi today and requested him to immediately provide Central aid of Rs. 2351 cr. for the flood affected areas of the State. She pointed out that these areas had suffered heavy losses due to unprecedented floods.
